First Steps:
- Contact Lisa at TheraFit Pilates via email or phone
- Provide your full name, email account and phone number
- She will set you up as a client on VAGARO
- She will schedule you for your first one on one session
- You will then need to fill out intake form and waiver on VAGARO prior to coming in for your first session.

First time clients to TheraFit Pilates are required to have at least three (3) solo sessions before joining other classes.
This is to help your instructor get to know you, your needs, your goals and help provide you with the best results. As well as help direct you to the best classes to match your needs/wants. Please schedule your first session by appointment:

What to Expect
During your first 50 min session at TheraFit Pilates, your instructor will take time to read through your client forms and learn what your fitness/health goals are. Your mobility will be assessed based on your goals and you will be introduced to essential Pilates movements and guided toward classes that best match your wellness goals.
How to be ready to move
Please arrive 5 min before your scheduled session. Please have your client forms filled out on VAGARO. Wear clothing that will stretch and move with you. More form fitting clothes will help you and the instructor better visualize your body as you move, but comfort is the most important. Classes are done barefooted so keep your feet clean or clean them before your session begins. Please bring a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated.
Be fully present
Pilates is to help you reconnect Mind-Body-Spirit. Don’t be afraid to ask questions at any time during a class, the more you know the more empowered you are to being a more balanced you.
